Please send rental payment with your reservation. Reservations cannot be completed until LLEC has received the payment. Payments should be mailed to:

June 1st is the deadline to guarantee your tent.

The parish tents and spaces will be clustered by deaneries. Tent spaces will be assigned in each cluster on a first-come, first served basis. If you are not renting a tent please call to let us know what size space we need to reserve for your parish.

Lakeside cottages are available for the weekend.
