PLEASE NOTE: A Reservation Agreement will be mailed to the contact person for each group. The agreement must be signed and returned with the appropriate deposit to LLEC within two weeks of the date on the Agreement or the reservation will not be confirmed and the dates may be released to another group. Deposits for Groups Overnight Groups - $200.00 Day only event - $100.00 Reserve entire center - $500.00 Weddings/Receptions - $1000.00 Banquets - $300.00 Deposits will be credited to the total balance. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits for Individuals A minimum deposit equal to one night’s lodging and meals, (plus tax, if applicable) per person, is required to confirm individual reservations. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guaranteed Number of Reservations Guaranteed numbers are due 30 days prior to the arrival date. The guaranteed number is the minimum for which you will be billed. At this time you may reduce your original estimation without charges. Reservations may be added then or later if there is availability. Each added person will become a part of your guaranteed number. The estimated number, given when the reservation is made, will be used as your minimum guaranteed number if another number is not provided by the appropriate time. All reservations require a two-night minimum stay. Important Information to Note It is important to review the Deposit/Cancellation clause on the Reservation Agreement prior to signing it. Notify us as soon as possible if you will not need all of the space you have reserved for your group. If another group can utilize this space, you will not be billed for it. Unless special arrangements are made with LLEC management, the following times apply:
Breakfast: 8:00 am Lunch:12:00 pm Dinner: 6:30 pm Check in time: 4:00 pm Check out time: 10:00 am Please call if you will not arrive by 5:30 pm. Quiet time is observed from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am every day. Payment Policy Your group will be invoiced based upon the guaranteed number of participants. Sixty days prior to the arrival date 50% of the estimated total billing is due. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Charges for additional participants and/or services may be paid at check-in or prior to departure. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No adjustments will be made for participants arriving late or departing early. A night’s lodging includes 3 meals. Price adjustments cannot be made for missed meals. |
