About the Retreat Presenter...

A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, Ron Robinson has assisted leaders around the globe in improving performance in their organizations. Industries served include software development, health care, manufacturing, transportation, non-profits, public services, small businesses, and universities. He  also served as Human Resource Deputy of a software development company. 

Ron is certified and experienced in implementing salary administration, aligned strategies, performance management, leadership development and coaching, Toyota Production Work Teams, Lean Manufacturing, operations interventions, and mediation. Publications include OpEd pieces, workbooks, speeches and business articles. His book, On All Cylinders, is distributed to university libraries worldwide and he has been asked to teach in the business school at Western Carolina University.
