If you’ve spent time at Camp Henry or the music festival - and perhaps if you’ve been an overnight guest - you’ve probably spent some time in Boojum’s Cave. It’s located underneath Celebration Hall, and during Champion days, it was a bar for executives retreating at Lake Logan. Today it is home for canteen during summer camp and a fun place for guests to hang out year round.

But what the heck is a Boojum, and why do we have our game room named after him? Check out this great little booklet we found recently - thanks to Jo Rice at Trinity Episcopal Church in Asheville, who sent it our way.

Boojum sightings are rare still, but we do see him from time to time. Sometimes you’ll see his footprints as you hike Gazebo Trail, but occasionally he makes a full appearance - especially when Camp Henry is in session.
