Spend a fun-filled weekend making a positive impact at Lake Logan and Camp Henry as we continue our restoration efforts and prepare for a busy spring and summer. Take part in hands-on projects such as trail maintenance and campus beautification while helping preserve the natural beauty of this special place.
Connect with fellow volunteers and share meaningful moments around the campfire. Come for the entire weekend or join us for a single day. Both indoor and outdoor volunteer activities will be available for participants of all ages.
For those who wish to stay in a cabin or dorm, we kindly request a donation to help cover lodging costs. Suggested donation amounts are listed below. The weekend is fully donation based, and we want to ensure there is no barrier to participation. Please give what you can and consider supporting another volunteer who may need assistance.
We are also accepting donations to purchase materials and equipment needed for our restoration projects. Any amount you can contribute is greatly appreciated.
After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the donation page. Thank you in advance for your support.
Suggested donation amounts:
- Cabin 2 nights: $90 (adult), $45 (youth)
- Cabin 1 night: $50 (adult), $25 (youth)
- Dorm 2 nights: $30 (adult), $15 (youth)
- Dorm 1 night: $15 (adult), $10 (youth)
- Camping: any donation amount is appreciated
- Restoration materials and equipment: any amount is appreciated
- Meals: any donation amount is appreciated
SCHEDULE
Friday
Projects begin as early as 10:00 am. Cabin check-in is available after 3:00 pm.
- 6:00 pm – Dinner
- 7:00 pm – Celebration Hall, music, Boojum’s Cave, fire, and s’mores
Saturday
- 8:00 am – Breakfast
- 9:00 am – Welcome and volunteer crews begin work
- 12:00 pm – Lunch
- 1:00 pm – Volunteer crews resume work
- 6:00 pm – Dinner
- 7:00 pm – Music, fire, and s’mores at Sit n’ Whittle
Bring your instruments and your dancing shoes.
Sunday
- 8:30 am – Breakfast and morning worship
- Cabin clean-up and project wrap-up
A light lunch will be served for those who can stay and help with final touches.
