LAMP 2020 will look different than our normal sessions. Each LAMP session will be only one week (running Saturday to Saturday with the option of signing up for multiple sessions) and will engage with our day camp program instead of traditional camp. There will still be time for leadership development, faith formation, and fun with other LAMPers!
LAMP is a two-week session for 10th-12th graders. LAMPers develop leadership skills and engage with the community through service both on and off the Lake Logan property. LAMPers go on exciting adventures, like whitewater rafting and the Alpine Tower. They also help lead younger campers during the second half of the program.
LAMP is a great opportunity to explore the idea of later serving on Camp Henry summer staff. LAMP participation does not guarantee you will be hired later, but it definitely helps build important skills that will serve you well in any future leadership role, including camp counselor.
